This visa allows New Zealand nationals and invited workers with the necessary abilities to live and work permanently anywhere in Australia.

BASIC ELIGIBILITY

Requirements differ according to the respective stream.

Regarding the stream of points tested:

  • Neither a sponsor nor a nominee is required.
  • To be invited to apply, you have to be under 45 years old.

For the New Zealand Stream:

  • A New Zealand Special Category (subclass 444) visa is required.
  • You had to have spent the last five years or more living in Australia.
  • You had to have moved in before February 19, 2016, at the latest.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

With this visa, you can:

  • Remain in Australia for the amount of time that corresponds with the allowed activities on this visa.
  • Perform the tasks or activities included in your application;
  • Enter and exit Australia as often as you like for the duration of your visa.
  • Become an Australian citizen and, if qualified, sponsor eligible relatives to get permanent residency.

You can remain in Australia indefinitely with it. The primary applicant must pay AUD 4,045 for the visa.Every family member who applies for a visa with you will also be charged.
NewZealand Stream With this visa, qualifying citizens of New Zealand who have shown dedication to and contributed to Australia can live and work there permanently. This visa is valid for life. You can remain in Australia indefinitely with it. Starting at $4,045 for the primary applicant. There are two instalments required to pay the visa application fee.
