What Is the Subclass 491 Visa?

The visa can provide a pathway to permanent residence through subclass 191 for eligible applicants.

Subclass 491 Pathways

1. State or Territory Nominated Pathway

A State or Territory government can nominate eligible skilled applicants for subclass 491.

Each state and territory establishes its own nomination criteria and selection process.

This means requirements can vary depending on whether you are seeking nomination from:
